If your application is a strong fit, I'll reach out to schedule a quick discovery call. No pressure — this a brief conversation to make sure the board is right for you and you're right for the board.
Shortly after the discovery call, you'll receive notification if you've been accepted and everything you need to get started. Your seat is held once your first payment is confirmed.
Your first board call is scheduled. You'll receive onboarding materials and get access to your board's Voxer channel. The work — and the momentum — starts immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most masterminds are large, loosely curated, and peer-only. The WE Board is intentionally small, application-only, and includes direct strategic coaching from me — both in the group setting and in private 1:1 sessions. It's structured, not just social.
What's the difference between this and a mastermind?
One 90-minute group call per month, plus your two private 1:1 sessions per year. The Voxer channel is asynchronous — participate when it works for you. It's designed to be high-impact without being high-maintenance.
What's the time commitment?
I'll always let you know why and — when possible — point you toward a better fit. This program isn't for everyone, and that's by design. Being declined doesn't mean you're not a great business owner. It means the timing or the format isn't quite right, and you can always apply in the future!
What if I apply and I'm not accepted?
The first board is launching April 23, 2026. The next board will be opening later in 2026 at the full (non-founding) rate. If you miss or are not accepted to this cohort, you can join the waitlist for the next one.
When does the next board open?
No. The WE Board is designed for all established wedding professionals — photographers, planners, florists, videographers, DJs, beauty professionals, and more. Diverse experience in the room makes the group stronger.
Is this only for photographers?
Yes — and here's why: the 1:1 coaching you receive inside the WE Board is different from the group experience. Many members find that the peer dynamic surfaces insights that individual coaching alone doesn't. That said, reach out if you want to talk through whether it makes sense for your specific situation.
I already work with a coach. Is this still useful?
The WE Board gives you both — you get direct coaching from me and the perspective of a vetted peer group. The group dynamic surfaces blind spots, challenges assumptions, and accelerates growth in ways that one-on-one coaching alone simply can't replicate.
What makes this different from hiring a business coach on my own?
The board meeting time is selected by mutual agreement by the entire board, but is typically on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays during regular working hours. The time is not approved until every board member has had a say. In incredibly rare cases, if a time is selected that you cannot make, you'll be released from the commitment and fully refunded.
When does the board meet? What if that time doesn't work for me?
Members have the option to continue into the next cohort cycle. The relationships and momentum built inside the board are strong, so the board only gets better with time. Renewal details are shared with members before the commitment period ends.
What happens when the annual commitment ends?
