This year, I made a major change to my daily life. What started as a short-term challenge between my husband, Evan, and I ended up making a dramatic difference in my life and, as a result, my business. Particularly in this crazy, unexpected and difficult year of the pandemic, I’m more thankful for this one thing and I’m so excited to share how you, too, can apply it to your life!
