REFOCUS is going to walk you through a few foundational business strategies that I personally use in my business and that have totally transformed my business from a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants operation to a well-organized and carefully structured business that has become scalable (which basically means I have created a sustainable model for increasing profits continually without working more hours in a day) – to specific results being that I DOUBLED my company’s revenue in 2 years (yes – the same two years that we all have been living, which have almost entirely been consumed by a worldwide pandemic).
To be honest, in 2019, my business was already doing really well. Or at least that’s what I saw. I was making good money and I had really great clients. I even had some automations and systems in place, and I had added team members – one of them was even associate shooting for me by then.
But what my business lacked at the beginning of 2019 were three important things: sustainability, scalability and focus.
So this week, I’m sharing the 4 essentials I implemented which allowed me to get refocused and intentional about building a sustainable, scalable company.
